The prints date from around 1969 and each is double-sided (so you could alternate which you display if you like) and they were used to help French school-children learn the art of storytelling. They remind me a bit of the lovely 1960s lifestyle illustrations I featured a while back.
Pedlars' 1960s French storytelling prints
These sweet French storytelling charts are new in at Pedlars – and already selling out fast. I am particularly loving the mother's hairdo throughout; brilliantly sixties, but just on the turn. Very French.

They'd look nice framed as a little set in a child's bedroom. Each print measures 62cm x 51cm and costs just £15. Very limited edition, as they are fresh off the boat/plane/train from one of Pedlars' French antiques market forays. Get in quick and you might find a few left on the Pedlars online shop.
